Dental Bridge

A dental bridge is a dental restoration that is cemented or “fixed” into place. The dental bridge is not removable like a partial denture. The following case demonstrates how multiple missing teeth can be replaced.

A bridge is fabricated by preparing the natural teeth on either side of the missing tooth and connecting the false (missing) teeth (these are called pontics) to the natural teeth (these are called abutment teeth).

Dental Bridges can:

Improve your smile
Restore self-confidence after an accident or injury
Maintain the shape of your face
Prevent teeth from drifting out of position

Improve esthetics
They can have a natural appearance
Less invasive than dental implants

Bridges are natural in appearance and usually require two visits to Sedona dentist Chris Marsh, If you are good a maintaining your oral hygiene and floss or clean around the teeth carefully, your bridge should last 8-10 years or longer.
